The type of personal information we collect.

All the information we collect and store on our servers is an essential part of the service we provide - we will not ask you for any data which does not improve the experience of using our site. This includes:

• Your personal details (name, email address, phone number, website, about, pronouns and channels)
• Login statistics.

Personal Details

We ask for your personal details in order to (a) be able to stay in contact with you and (b) to learn about you. You do not have to provide this information, but if you choose not to, then it may affect our decision to consider your application to become an affiliate.

Page Statistics

We collect information about the number of times you use the affiliate portal. We do this to improve the service and engagement we are providing.

How we get the personal information and why we have it.

• Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for the purpose of becoming an affiliate.
• However, portal visit statistics are recorded by us in order to improve our Service.
• We use the information that you have given us as part of the decision to appoint and then manage you as an affiliate.
• We do not share your personal details with any other organisation or individuals.

UK GDPR Regulation.

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

• Your consent. You are able to remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting andy@managemyjobsearch.com. However, if you remove your consent, we will delete your affiliate account and your affiliate status will be removed, including your ongoing affiliate commission.

How we store your personal information.

• Your information is securely stored in encrypted files.
• We keep all of the data your provide us whilst using our service indefinitely as this is a key benefit of our service. However, you are free at any time to request us to delete your account which will remove all of your data from our servers.

Your data protection rights

Under data protection law, you have rights including:

• Your right of access - You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.
• Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.
• Your right to erasure - You have the right to ask us to erase your personal information in certain circumstances.
• Your right to restriction of processing - You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.
• Your right to object to processing - You have the the right to object to the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.
• Your right to data portability - You have the right to ask that we transfer the personal information you gave us to another organisation, or to you, in certain circumstances.
